Commercial

We have a varied range of commercial clients that we provide our varied services to. Our repeat business with these clients are maintained as we are often asked to undertake projects at very short notice, out of hours and in challenging environments.

Recent projects include the transformation of a city centre flat roof into a night club roof top terrace and an extension to a popular South Oxfordshire Pub/Restaurant.

Educational

PMS Oxford has now been working with Oxford Brookes University steadily over the last 3 years. We have undertaken a numerous amount of projects throughout all areas of the campus and have built up a sound knowledge of the buildings and conduct that is required to work within this environment. 

The work is often required to be undertaken out of normal working hours to avoid disruption to staff and students.

Healthcare

PMS Oxford were successfully awarded a place on the Oxford Health NHS Trust select list of 5 nominated building contractors in 2013. We have carried out numerous projects for the trust since then, but most recently, the successful completion of the EMU unit at Witney Community Hospital.

Residential New Builds & Extensions

PMS Oxford have forged strong relationships with numerous architects throughout Oxfordshire by delivering projects to a high standard whilst maintaining a tight reign on clients budget constraints.

We strive to give the client and architect a high level of flexibility as we understand that there will always be a number of unforeseen changes during the course of a project.

Our directly employed staff are very much recognised by clients and architects alike for their politeness and helpfulness on site, but above all, for there expertise and knowledge whilst undertaking complex and disruptive elements of work.

Social Housing

We have a varied mix of work on both of contracts which primarily consists of responsive repairs up to a value of £3,000.00 based on a schedule of rates .

In addition we undertake a range of planned improvements that vary from road/footpath resurfacing works to renewal of roof coverings.
