North Oxford Extension & Refurbishment

This project involved extensive demolition and structural work to create the new room layouts and also include a loft conversion and wrap around two storey extension.

The project was value engineered on numerous occasions to ensure that the clients budget was adhered to.

The end result was a complete transformation from the existing building and was completed within timescale and to budget.
